I am presenting my talk on the Power of Color tomorrow and I thought I would give you a little preview! My number one tip to people who want to bring bright and bold color into their home is to add the wall color last. Buy your biggest and most expensive pieces of furniture in neutral colors (you will have them for years and you won’t be tied to a specific color palette). Decide which colors you want to highlight through the smaller pieces of furniture and the accessories, then and add the bright wall color and window dressings last!
